Lawn Maintenance Foreman and Landscape Crew Members Wanted, APPLY TODAY!
Outside Unlimited is a large commercial landscape and snow removal company located in Concord, New Hampshire. We are actively seeking a Lawn Maintenance Foreman and Landscape Crew Members to JOIN our TEAM!
The Lawn Maintenance Foreman will be responsible for the following:
Performing Lawn & Landscape Maintenance at our commercial properties
Experience using Exmark zero radius commercial mowers or similar equipment
Experience using string trimmers, blowers and other small engine equipment
Ability to lead crew of 3-4
Ability to drive a 1-ton truck and trailer
Understanding of all aspects of landscape maintenance is required
Able to effectively communicate with crew members and Managers at all levels
Maintain a safe work environment free of hazards
Takes pride and has attention to detail in all work performed
Ability to operate skid steer preferred
Winter snow removal required
Lawn Maintenance Foreman Requirements:
1. 2-3 Years of previous experience required
2. Must be able to frequently lift up to 50 lbs.
3. Must have reliable transportation to and from our shop in Concord, NH
4. Must have or be able to obtain a DOT medical card
5. Applicants MUST pass a background check and Motor Vehicle Record check upon receipts of job offer.
Landscape Crew Member Requirements:
Outside Unlimited will train solid candidates who have a strong attention to detail and are willing to learn the trade that can successfully pass a criminal background check, a clean driving record would provide you with unlimited growth potential within our company.
Pay range: $21 to $30 per hour, Rate dependent on experience and background.
Note: Higher hourly rate is reserved for well qualified Foreman with a clean driving record and background!
