2024 Season: Mid March into Early December
Starting rate: $20-$25 per hour (depending on experience)
Availability: 6 days a week from 7am-5pm (schedule is weather dependent)
Type: Full time with 30-40 average hours per week
Small local business looking for a right hand man to come out and help with daily work.
Expectations:
Driving truck and trailer.
Operating commercial mower , weed whacker, and blowers.
Raking and shoveling debris, mulch, stones, and loam.
Help pick up and deliver materials to job sites.
Spring clean ups like shrub trimming, edging garden beds and installing mulch. Yard clean ups and weeding garden beds. Dig up and removing old plants and installing new plants.
Loading dump trailer with wheel barrows.
Weekly and biweekly lawn maintenance.
Hardscape jobs like retaining walls, patios, and walkways. Daily tasks will depend on the job type and customers expectations.
Fall leaf clean ups in November - blowing leaves, leaf sucking, final mows, and winter garden bed preparation.
