Discounted farmhouse rent in exchange for work, applicant would have time for full time job, farm duties are before and after work hours and on weekends.
Part-time caretaker, evenings and weekends, duties would include; light maintenance/repairs of antique farmhouse, yard and pool maintenance, horse wellness checks twice per day, morning and evening, minor facility repairs on the weekends ie: fencing, arena watering and dump runs etc. helping staff with evening horse feedings.
Non smoker a must. Long term arrangement.
