Position Overview
We’re hiring a General Laborer to support our sunroom construction projects. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, using tools, and being part of a skilled crew. Prior construction experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right candidate with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
Responsibilities
Assist lead installers with framing, assembly, and installation of sunrooms
Load and unload materials
Use basic hand and power tools
Maintain a clean and safe job site
Follow direction from supervisors and adhere to company standards
Occasionally interact with clients on job sites in a professional manner
Requirements
Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet throughout the day
Reliable transportation to get to work and a license
Basic familiarity with hand tools and construction practices preferred
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Must be punctual, dependable, and safety-conscious
