Looking for maintenance person for 150 acre. 300 home community duties include maintenance of Roads and common areas including plowing , shoveling ,
groundskeeping. Some light carpentry. must be able to use. 0 Turn mowers ,weed whacker,s and chainsaws safely. 40 hours per week. 7 to 330 Monday through Friday. Over time during winter months paid holidays ,vacation , sick days, personal days up to $30 an hour depending on the experience dependability is a must.
