Looking for groundskeeping maintenance person for 150 acre community . Duties include maintenance of Roads and community buildings along with common areas on property, including maintain plowing and shoveling . Must be able to use mowers /weed whackers. and chainsaws safely. Some light carpentry experience helpful 40 hours per week. 7 to 330 Monday through Friday. Over time during winter months, paid holidays /vacation / sick days, personal days up to $30 an hour depending on the experience dependability is a must.
