55 and older community seeking full time ,year round ,reliable person for daily maintenance of buildings and grounds of 150 acre property. This position requires general knowledge of building maintenance, landscape maintenance and experience in using snowplowing equipment. Must be able to lift 50 pounds. No drugs or alcohol problems.
