Maintenance/Handyman Needed for Small Farm Estate and Multiple Rental Properties in Weare, NH.
We are seeking an Independent Contractor for property maintenance. Must be insured. Competitive pay rates are negotiable.
Availability needed - Monday thru Friday 8am - 5pm and as needed for emergencies
Qualifications:
Experienced Handyman for light construction, repairs and maintenance of small estate and farm with 12 rental properties.
Minimum of 5 years experience. Finish carpentry skills a plus.
Services Required include: finish carpentry work, light mechanical, light plumbing, light electrical, small painting jobs, seasonal set up and break down and other responsibilities associated with farm and house repairs and construction.
Farm Truck and Tractor provided onsite with heated workshop. Must have own tools.
Experience with plowing and trailering.
Good customer service, communication skills, and professionalism
Driver's License and reliable transportation to and from office required.
Must be capable of lifting 50+ pounds
