Our small, over 55 condominium community in Concord, NH has an immediate opening for a part-time person to help with general maintenance of grounds (i.e. mowing, raking, removal of leaves, etc.) and exterior of buildings. Approximately 500 hours per year. Some flexibility. Weekly schedule is seasonal and weather dependent. Great for an active retiree or if you’re seeking only part-time work.
