Are you seeking flexible hours? Our small printing company is seeking a reliable individual to perform building maintenance and equipment upkeep. Duties - Perform rountine maintenance and repairs on equipment and machinery. Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues, conduct preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance of equipment. Repair or replace defective parts using hand and power tools, maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs performed. Collaborate with other team members to idenify and address maintenance needs. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area. Other duties will include painting and general building maintenance. Qualifications: Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude, experience in industrial maintenance preferred, ability to analyze problems and implement effective solutions.
