We are looking for an experienced person to help with all aspects of property maintenance, primarily in the Concord, Keene and Warner areas of the state.
Ideal candidates will have skills and experience in building repairs, roof repairs, plumbing repairs, flooring repairs, painting, general carpentry, general electric, basic landscaping (plowing, salting, mowing), etc.
Dependability, great communication skills, reliable transportation, and a drivers license are a must. Hours are flexible.
