Summary: Clean and maintain motor coaches used on a daily basis. Clean interior and exterior and perform minor servicing of motor coaches, inspect motor coaches for damage or service needs. Drive coaches between and into transit buildings for cleaning or storage. Work is performed according to established routines and procedures. This is a full-time position, Tuesday through Saturday 6:30 PM to 3 AM each day.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping of floors, and cleaning of seats using appropriate equipment
Clean exterior of motor coaches using power sprayers, brushes, and mobile brush washer
Clean and disinfect restrooms, including toilet, sink, walls, floor, towel dispensers and mirrors
Dust and wash windows, mirrors, interior glass, window casing and tracks, blinds, ledges and overhead compartments
Wash walls, hand rails, overhead compartment doors to remove such items as splash marks, finger prints and grease marks
Clean and polish sinks, mirrors and any other chrome areas
Empty restroom holding tanks, clean and resupply for next day use
Resupply motor coaches with water, toilet paper, paper towels, and hand sanitizer
Fuels motor coaches and check oil and transmission fluid levels
Report damage, malfunctions and other irregularities of the vehicle to Mechanic and/or Supervisor
Follow company policies and OSHA safety regulations
Properly clean and maintain equipment and work area at the end of each shift
