Open Roles
TECHNICIAN
As a Technician, you’ll be the hands and boots on the ground. You’ll assist with setup, demolition, and cleanup on water, fire, and mold projects. This is a great entry point into the restoration industry where you’ll learn the trade, develop your skills, and grow into advanced roles.
Key Responsibilities:
-Set up and remove drying and cleaning equipment
-Assist with demolition and debris removal
-Clean and prepare job sites
-Document work performed using mobile apps
-Support Lead Technicians and Project Managers
Requirements:
-Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
-Ability to lift/move 100+ lbs safely
-Comfort with tools and mobile technology
$18-$20/hr + Weekly bonus
LEAD TECHNICIAN
As a Lead Technician, you’ll run the day-to-day on job sites. You’ll direct technicians, ensure the scope of work is followed, and keep customers satisfied. You’ll also be responsible for daily documentation and communication with Project Managers.
Key Responsibilities:
-Lead technicians through restoration tasks
-Review and execute scopes of work
-Ensure quality standards and customer satisfaction
-Document progress using jobsite apps (Docusketch, R365)
-Communicate daily updates to Project Managers
Requirements:
-6+ months of disaster restoration experience
-Ability to supervise, train, and verify work quality
-Proficiency with mobile devices and documentation tools
-Ability to lift/move 100+ lbs safely
$20-$22/hr + Weekly Bonus
CERTIFIED TECHNICIAN
As a Certified Technician, you’ll bring advanced expertise to water, fire, and mold projects. You’ll complete detailed moisture inspections, run drying plans, and independently lead complex jobs. You’ll also provide expert documentation and ensure all projects meet industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
-Perform expert water, mold, and fire restoration work
-Conduct detailed moisture inspections and equipment setup
-Lead technicians during demolition and drying processes
-Document projects using MICA Mobility and Docusketch
-Communicate scope and progress with Project Managers
-Ensure safety and compliance with IICRC standards
Requirements:
-2+ years of disaster restoration experience
-IICRC WRT certification (Journeyman track preferred)
-Strong skills in moisture mapping, drying science, and documentation
-Ability to lead teams and handle complex projects
$25-$30/hr + Weekly bonus
