We are in search of that person who is a self-starter and very motivated. This position requires scheduling and discipline. You will be working with your own crew. As a bonus you have flexibility on days of the week you prefer to work. You will be scheduling your own work week. We do offer a health plan. We have highly competitive pay.

Requirements:
Clean valid drivers license
Must have transportation too and from work each day
1 year of Sealcoating experience
Self motivated
Able to manage small crew
Must have good communication skills (you will be working with customers in person and on phone)
Must be available to work on weekends (this is a weather permitting business)
A medical card is required (which we will help you obtain when hired)
We are ready to pay an experienced Sealcoater $30-$40. per hour
