Job Title: Seasonal Landscaper in Moultonborough and Center Harbor
Pay: $30–$35/hourly, over time rate at $45-52.50. Depending on experience
Schedule: 35–40 hours/week

About the Role:
We’re looking for an experienced, hardworking Seasonal Landscaper to join our team for the busy season. This is a full-time opportunity with consistent hours through the end of October. You’ll be responsible for maintaining the appearance and health of two private residential properties.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform regular grounds maintenance including mowing, trimming, and edging
Operate and maintain power equipment and other landscaping tools
Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas
Follow detailed instructions to meet high-quality standards
Communicate effectively with supervisor and property owner
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance
Skilled in operating power equipment safely and efficiently
Strong attention to detail and pride in work
Dependable and punctual with reliable transportation
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
