Seeking a handyman / contractor for ongoing work for small independent property management company. Pay is $30 an hour with a raise after 90 days. Generally responsible for carpentry, trim, repairs, windows, doors, maintenance, clean-up, landscaping, etc. Duties will be assigned per job.
