American Flagging is hiring installation techs for roadway signs.
We manufacture and install roadway signage throughout New England in accordance with MUTCD and DOT requirements.
Experience is a plus, but will train the right candidates.
Construction experience preferred,
The ideal candidate will have:
The ability to work safely in outdoor environments, including all weather conditions.
The ability to read plans and execute the plan in accordance with the requirements
The ability to comply with all federal MUTCD and state DOT standards for the installation of signs
The ability to communicate effectively and work as a team
The ability to physically install posts repetitively and install signs weighing over 50 pounds.
The ability to use hand tools, mini excavators and skidsteer equipment.
The ability to work on deadlines and successfully complete all work in an organized manner.
