Job Description:
Reading and interpreting blueprints and building plans to determine materials needed and dimensions to build structure
Frame structures, walls and roofs using a variety of materials such as wood, steel, insulation materials etc
Ensuring all work complies with building codes, safety regulations and project specifications
Follow all safety regulation and practices to prevent accidents and/or injuries on the job
Ability to work with other construction professionals while coordinating a variety of projects
Keep the project on time and within budget
Work with the Project Manager to make sure that all materials are ordered or scheduled well in advance of the necessity for them
Do whatever it takes to get the job done while ensuring the final product meets quality standards and completed within the agreed upon timeframe
