Looking for a Winter Site Manager for a large snow site in Stratham, NH. You'd be in the single truck on site managing parking lot, roadway and walkway operations. Site has 2 loaders, 2 skids and 2 ventracs. Takes an adaptable, organized individual. Knowledge of Fisher products a plus, experience a must.
This position doesn't need to just be for winter either, there is a spot for good personnel on our full time landscape team. 401k, health care, quarterly bonuses and more if interested.

Position Reports to: Winter Operations Manager
The Site Manager is responsible for over-seeing all winter operations of an assigned site, including the management of the equipment operators and subcontractors in order to facilitate the completion of the work in an efficient and timely manner.
Areas of responsibility:
Ability to take direction from Winter Operations Manager.
Initiates call to Equipment Operators to be prepared of impending storms, and relay storm operation plan.
Re-allocates equipment in event of shortages.
Facilitates all salting operations of site.
Assists crew leader in orchestrating the efficient and timely use of sub-contractors.
Collects completed time sheets from crew and submits on online app with accurate punches, notes and records of material usage.
Leads crews to work in a ‘team approach’
To understand and be committed to providing services that meets and exceeds the company standards.
Understand and follow company policies and standard operating procedures.
To ensure that all safety policies are enforced with regards to safe plowing operations.
To assist Director of Snow Operations at all times as required.
To help facilitate the completion of plowing operations within the projected target hours.
To complete all required paperwork in a timely and efficient manner.
Ability to manage multiple crews simultaneously.
Attend all snow operations meetings.
Assists crew leaders in the training of Sub-contractors.
Perform repairs to equipment and check sites for safety in between events
Perform site inspections during and after snowstorms to insure successful completion of route.
