We are looking for an experienced Assemblers to join our fantastic team! The position is on first shift 7-3:30pm Monday through Friday.
Key Skills & Responsibilities
Assembly Tasks
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions
Perform mechanical assembly / electrical assembly
Use hand and power tools (screwdrivers, drills, torque wrenches,
Fit, align, and secure components according to specifications
Inspect parts for quality and accuracy
Production / Quality
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Maintain production efficiency
Perform quality checks, testing, or visual inspections
Record production data or defects
Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives
Safety & Environment
Follow safety protocols and PPE requirements
Maintain a clean and organized workstation
Comply with ISO / OSHA standards

Knowledge/Skills
Ability to follow instructions verbal and or written
Ability to operate machines and equipment in a safe and responsible manner
Maintains accurate and complete records.
Physical Requirements
Must be able to stand for an 8-10 hour shift.
Lifting capabilities 15-50 lbs repeatedly with maximum lifting of 50 lbs.
Range of Motion: Bending, walking, and reaching.
Education and or Experience
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
