We're looking for an Assembly Technician at our Portsmouth, NH location to test and build electro-mechanical kitchen appliances.

Job Description:

As an Assembly Technician, you will play a crucial role in our research and development efforts by assembling and testing our products. Your work will contribute directly to the development of next-generation products and technologies that will revolutionize our industry and help shape our assembly process.

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble, calibrate, and test prototypes and experimental equipment with precision and attention to detail.

Collaborate with engineers to refine designs and provide feedback for improvements.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to equipment assembly and operation.

Maintain accurate records of assembly processes and equipment specifications.

Contribute to the development of new assembly techniques and procedures to optimize efficiency.

Participate in team meetings and provide insights to improve project outcomes.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent with some vocational experience; technical certification or associate degree in a relevant field is a plus.

Proven experience in assembly and testing of complex mechanical and electrical systems.

Strong understanding of basic sheet metal fabrication techniques

Experience with precision machining and fabrication techniques.

Strong understanding of basic tools, measurement instruments, and safety protocols.

Familiarity with CAD software and the ability to interpret technical drawings.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced R&D environment.

Willingness to adapt to new technologies and processes as needed.

Strong communication skills to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
