Our well-respected Southern NH manufacturing client is seeking to hire a Shoot Room Technician. This is a full-time temp-to-hire opportunity.The Shoot Room Technician fills syringes with adhesive through use of a pneumatic adhesive dispensing system
Hours: 7am-3:30pm Monday-Friday; Pay rate: $18.00-$22.00/hr with benefits!
Duties & Responsibilities
Dispense adhesives into customized packaging according to precise work instructions
Update work instructions
Work with time-sensitive materials critical to high-tech applications
Work to established time standards
Maintain work station in accordance with clean-room procedures
Driven and motivated; self-directed with high attention to detail
Understand the production system, establish efficient process flow, and work to deadlines
Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Skilled in organizational efficiency
Emotionally intelligent, able to resolve issues directly with others, and willing to receive feedback
Positive contributor to overall company culture
