Who We’re Looking For:

As a key member of the 2nd Shift Manufacturing team, the Micro Assembler is responsible for placing, gluing, mounting, and assembling sensors and sub-assembling catheters.

About the Role

Mix and prepare 2 component adhesives and silicone.

Work and handle microscope. After being trained accordingly, backup as additional resource in manufacturing processes, (e.g., but not limited to): Sleeve manufacturing; Bonding of pressure sensor microchip.

Report all non-conformity product issues to Production Team Leader

Adhere to the standard production procedures and quality standards for all work performed

Adhere to all hygiene and security standards of the company

Follow GMP, Work Safety, and ISO13845 requirements

Depending on experience and skillset, we have multiple positions available:

Assembler $20/hr + 10% differential

Assembler II $23/hr + 10% differential

Senior Assembler $25/hr + 10% differential

Minimum Qualifications:

Prior assembly experience, preferably in medical device manufacturing.

Must be able to read and understand work instructions.

Must be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

Must possess ability to effectively use a microscope and miniature tools such as tweezer and scalpel. As well as the ability to measure using basic measuring equipment such as pin gages, micrometers, luer taper gages and rulers.

Requires production work with ability to handle physical requirements, including, but not limited to, sitting for several hours, repeated bending, stretching, twisting, and lifting.

Preferred Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Soldering experience is highly desired.
