Responsibilities:
Develop individualized employment opportunities for each client
Contact and educate potential employers regarding services and Project Hire
Provide on-the-job training and on-going support to clients and/or their direct staff or job coach
Complete required documentation and maintain communication with client's team
Requirements:
Five years' combination of skills, experience and/or education in human services or related field
Valid driver's License, use of a personal vehicle, and an acceptable driving record
