We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Client Support Representative and Scheduler. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our clients and ensuring the smooth scheduling of services provided by our Agency. The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational skills, empathy, and a commitment to providing high-quality services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicates with clients to understand their needs and schedule appropriate services.
- Maintain accurate client records and update scheduling information as needed.
- Coordinate with service providers to ensure timely delivery of services.
- Handle client inquiries and provide assistance as needed.
- Collaborate with other team members to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Meet with clients to support qualifying for services.
- Assist in administrative tasks related to client support and scheduling
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Compassion and empathy towards clients and their families.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications.
