We have a part time (but permanent) administrative assistant position opening up in our real estate property management office in Derry, NH.
Our systems are already very organized with job training provided.
Sharp quick learner with good computer skills, understanding of Microsoft Windows, Office, Excel, etc required.
Dependability and organization skills are a must.
Wide variety of tasks, including computer spreadsheets, word processing, time
management, paying bills, making deposits, phone work, msc office clerical
work.
Start date flexible - immediate possible
18 hours per week. (3 hours per day) Flexible hours
After training, a good amount of telecommuting, remote work, is possible mixed with some required in office work (Derry, NH).
Long term permanent position
Entry level possible but requires fast learning with possibly lower starting pay scale.
Casual, but professional, work environment
Supportive staff with training provided.
