Administrative Clerk/Dispatcher

The primary function of a GSSS Dispatcher is to ensure that all routes are running smoothly and customer satisfaction is met. A check in call is required by all drivers’ daily to verify that they will be in to work for that day.

Must be able to answer and manage multiple phone calls as multi-tasking is important to this job.

Clerical work is a large portion of this position. It is required that you can keep neat documentation of daily happenings in a log that will be distributed to management at the end of your shift. Proficiency in Outlook, Word & Excel will be key traits that you must know or be able to learn. The position requires you to always think outside the box and at times become creative with planning ahead. Other assignments may include but are not limited to, assisting operational staff with projects and being an administrative back up to the Owner & HR Manager.

This is a fast-paced position that requires excellent communication skills, both verbally and electronically. A positive and professional attitude with a neat appearance is a must.

Job Type:

-Full-time or Part-Time

Payrate:

Starts at $16.50 per hour

Review after 90 days

Schedule:

Monday – Friday

Experience:
