COME GROW WITH US Granite Subaru is a family owned and operated business in Hudson NH. We are expanding and are looking for an experienced Automotive Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable clerk to join our team.
Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Posting payable invoices on a daily basis
Processing vendor payments in a timely manner
Ensuring that all monthly expenses are accrued
Reconciling vendor statements
Reconciling accounts payable and related schedules
Producing and mailing monthly accounts receivable statements
Reconciling accounts receivable and related schedules
Collection calls to A/R customers when necessary
Process miscellaneous checks daily
Process daily deposits and reconcile cash clearing accounts
Submits all warranty and after sales products and reconciles schedules
Assist in processing car deals
Maintaining and reconciling schedules, daily, weekly and monthly
Other tasks and projects as assigned by Manager

Qualifications:
1-2 years Automotive accounts payable/accounts receivable experience
1-2 yearsADP/CDK software experience
Must be detailed oriented and well organized with ability to multi-task
Must have knowledge of Microsoft Excel
