We are a growing property management company looking for another motivated individual to add to our team. This opportunity requires an individual that is capable of balancing both leasing and office administrative responsibilities. The Leasing associate's primary responsibility will be the performance of all activities related to:

- showing and leasing vacant apartments including completing move-in paperwork and procedures.

- doing background checks on prospective tenants,

- handling tenant move-outs

- lease renewals

- Assist with company's on-going relationship with the residents throughout their tenancy.

- emailing, invoicing, paying bills, answering emails, etc.

If you have a good attitude and are self-sufficient you will be a great fit here. Leasing, Real-estate or Sales experience preferred, but not required. You must be familiar with Microsoft word, excel, and outlook.

Flexible hours and will consider someone part time.
