Construction Company seeking full time Office assistant
Duties include:
Answer incoming phone calls and scheduling appraisal appointments for sales.
Assist walk in customers
Communicate effectively with customers and provide excellent customer service.
Order office supplies
Provide administrative support to the office, such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
Assist with special projects and other tasks as needed
General office duties
Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Computer skills required Quick books a plus
Pay depends on experience.
Hours Monday to Friday 8 to 4
