Granite State Shuttle Service is a medium package same day delivery provider in NH. We are looking for a Administrative Assistant in the Seacoast, NH area. This position is Mon-Fri 8:30-5. No weekends required.
Responsible for performing the following tasks:
Work with the Office Manager/Owner
Assist dispatch Team answering multiple phones lines (as needed)
Assist with HR functions
Reconcile billing functions
Perform background and drug screening process
Managing the inflow of applicants for all of our locations
Sourcing candidates
Good Communication skills
Checking references and setting up interviews and pre-qualifying.
On board paperwork and performing orientation is required
Multi tasking is a must
Manage Payroll
Strong attention to detail a must
QuickBooks experience a must (desktop is preferable)
Requirements :
Candidate must have 2-4 years working in an office setting
High level of proficiency in MS Office and Excell a must
Candidate must be creative looking to use your initiative
Excellent written and verbal communication
Outstanding organizational skills
Teamwork, and attention to detail a MUST!
Quickbooks is a must.
