Seeking experienced office manager for:
-Making work orders
-Invoicing customers
-Answering calls/emails from customers
-Submit weekly payroll hours to a payroll company
-Receiving mail, deposit customer checks at the bank
Essential skills:
-Strong PC knowledge (Microsoft Windows, Excel, Word)
-History with Quickbooks (preferable Quickbook Online)
Training provided!
Regular Weekly hours are:
Mon. - 8am - 12pm
Wed. - 8am - 12pm
Thurs. - 8am - 12pm
