Overview: GETC is a small operation with all the diverse activities of a typical business office but the volume of transactions through these activities is low and many are automated. The time required for the skilled individual to manage the financial operations of our cooperative is about 10-15 hours per week. Please note this position requires on-site attention. Those interested in an exclusively remote position will not meet our needs.
Experience/Education:
Associates degree or equivalent experience & knowledge of basic accounting & bookkeeping
2 years experience managing or supporting the management of a business office (HOA experience preferred, but not required)
Recent experience with Intuit QuickBooks (QuickBooks Online preferred)
Skills Required:
Intuit QuickBooks (Online version)
Microsoft Excel
Hardcopy Financial File Organizational Skills
Using Windows and/or Google Drive for Digital Financial File Organizational
Other Helpful Skills:

Duties:
Accounts Receivable (8-16 hours per month)
Accounts Payable (8-16 hours per month)
Payroll (2 to 4 hours a month)
General Accounting and Finance (8-16 hours per month)
Organizational Financial Reporting (2-6 hours per month)
