We are looking to hire a full time Recruitment and Onboarding Specialist
The potential candidate will have experience in recruiting, connecting qualified candidates to fill open positions within the company.
The recruiting and onboarding specialist will be responsible for the entire recruiting process, which may include:
- Searching for potential candidates through databases, job board postings, and other sources
- Establishing networking relationships though partnerships with transition assistance, unemployment offices, school
career centers, vocational and military outplacement services
- Providing initial and ongoing contact with potential candidates
- Reviewing resumes and assessing candidates' skills, experience, and fit for the role
- Setting up and conducting interviews, conducting onboarding sessions
The ideal candidate:
- Must be willing to travel throughout the Northeast on occasion to fulfill hiring needs in remote areas
- Must be able to work independently, but also as part of a close working team
- Must have strong communications and organizational skills
