Wards Boat Shop Inc is seeking highly motivated, team-oriented individual to fill an open position in our Service/Parts Department. This is a fast-paced environment with an emphasis on customer service. The successful candidate must be a team player, possessing strong customer service and organizational skills. Knowledge of boats and engines is helpful but not necessary, we will train the right candidate.
Duties will include:
Answering phones
Writing repair orders
Scheduling storage boat service & deliveries
Assisting off the road customers
Parts look up
Parts ordering
Parts receiving
Over the counter parts sales
Taking payments in person and over the phone
Assisting the service manager and technicians
Filing and other clerical duties
May perform other related duties as required to meet the needs of the service department.
This position is part time year round 32 hours per week.

Education - High school or equivalent (Preferred)
