Partner Wanted: Sustainable Business Partner for Farm
Location: Southern New Hampshire, 50 acres of beautiful manicured gardens and organic farm land.
Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated partner with a business manager mindset to join our sustainable farm team. The ideal candidate will have the ability to run the marketing of our farm products to the next level, working knowledge of sustainable organic farm practices, and be a financial or to be a working partner as if it were their own business. You will be responsible for all elements of the organic farming lifestyle from making sap into maple syrup, to working the tractor and tending to the clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Tweak our business model and make the farm company more successful. Great with business contracts.
Ensure that all farm tasks are completed correctly and to the satisfaction of our patrons and farm health and livestock.
Know how to fix things and are good with machines. Likes nature and animals and works well in a team.
Requirements:
Proven farm experience in sustainable farming.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to prioritize and complete tasks efficiently.
Business-minded approach to managing farm and client relationships.
- Need your own Health Insurance and to be an American Citizen or have your papers in order.
- Need a resume and 3 References
- Need to have a part-time job or be financially independent because if you are new to sustainable farming it will take
time to learn the process.
