Responsibilities;
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while providing exceptional customer service.
Conduct market research to determine property values and develop marketing strategies.
Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients, ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations.
Manage property listings and maintain organized records of transactions.
Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and addressing inquiries promptly.
Stay informed about real estate laws and market trends to offer informed advice.
Qualifications
Valid Real Estate License
Strong customer service and communication skills
Proven sales experience with a focus on negotiation
Marketing skills with the ability to reach diverse clientele
Organizational skills and administrative experience in real estate
Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
