Overview:
Sado Management is seeking a part-time Community Manager to oversee day-to-day operations for two manufactured home communities in Hopkinton, NH. This role is ideal for someone looking for flexible, supplemental income while playing a key role in maintaining safe, clean, and well-run neighborhoods.
The Community Manager works approximately 25–30 hours per week with a largely self-directed schedule and communicates regularly with Sado Management’s off-site operations team.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct weekly property walks and ensure common areas, roadways, grounds and buildings remain clean and presentable.
Coordinate contractors for landscaping, snow removal, repairs, and other vendor services.
Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for residents; communicate via phone, text, and email.
Maintain general familiarity with key infrastructure (water lines, electric pedestals, sewer connections) to help identify issues promptly.
Enforce community rules and issue violation notices when required.
Assist with rent collection reminders and document delinquency concerns.
Inspect vacant units, oversee rehab crews or turnover work, and show units for sale or rent.
Report maintenance issues, resident concerns, and property updates to off-site management.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Hard-working, dependable, and organized.
Comfortable handling difficult situations with professionalism and confidence.
Basic technology proficiency (email, text, photo upload, simple mobile apps).
Strong communication skills with a calm, courteous approach to residents.
Positive and proactive attitude; able to identify issues and follow through to resolution.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
High school diploma or GED.
Compensation:
$36,000/year (Part-time, 25-30 hours per week)
