Upscale women's boutique catering to established clientele seeks associate with strong interpersonal skills to interact with customers courteously and professionally to provide a premium customer experience. This associate is expected to become an expert in the shop's products (training will be provided) and utilize their selling skills to assist every customer that walks through our door. They should be able to locate merchandise efficiently using various methods, and answer questions quickly and accurately. They will offer style and outfit suggestions to the customer using mannequins and displays for inspiration. The ideal candidate should be a problem solver able to handle customer interactions and potential problems and concerns professionally. Attending to the sales floor, fitting rooms, checkout and back of house processes required.
