Granite State Indoor Range and Gun Shop is seeking experienced, ambitious and personable part-time Customer Service Representatives to join its dynamic team at New England's Friendliest Range, Firearms Store, and Training Center.
Part-time positions usually involve up to 25 hours per week starting at a competitive hourly wage. Weekday and weekend shifts are available. Team Members must pass a criminal background check, and drug test as a condition of employment. Applicant must be customer-focused, detail-oriented, trustworthy, dependable, personable and a quick learner.
Firearms experience is plus, but not necessary.
Responsibilities- will include but not be limited to the following:
-All Team Members are expected to follow GSIR policies and ensure that range safety takes precedent over all else. The number one priority of Granite State Indoor Range and Gun Shop is Safety followed closely by providing exceptional customer service.
-Ensure customers are given quick and courteous service. Employees are expected to greet/acknowledge each customer immediately upon entering the building, offer assistance as needed.
-Reinforce all Range Rules and assist when any issues arise to maintain a safe shooting environment.
-Maintain a positive relationship with GSIR members and customers.
-Flexibility and willingness to preform duties at range check in, rental counter, and shifts as a Range Safety Officer.
