RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist both technicians and customers with parts requests.
Must be able to multi-task.
Order parts from Toyota and other sources.
Maintain accurate inventory levels and counts.
Be able to understand the electronic parts catalog.
Answers phone calls, providing price quotes and other assistance.
Review body shop estimates and check for accuracy.
Keep work area clean and safe.
Process transactions from retail customers.
Organize orders for daily delivery or pick-up.
Be ready to help out in other areas of dealership.
REQUIREMENTS:
Experience with dealership parts department required.
Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent with customer service.
Are a team member.
Possess strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and process driven environment.
Maintain a professional appearance.
Have intermediate computer skills.
