Description
Determines customer service needs from phone calls and customer counter visits. Estimates cost of service. Schedules technicians to perform service work. Communicates with customer, management and others as to status of work.
Opens, amends and closes work orders based on status of the work. Communicates with customers regarding estimate changes and completion.
Arranges pick-up and/or delivery by trucking department. Insures safe operating conditions and practices in area of responsibility. Entry level candidates will be considered for this opportunity.
Requirements
Entry level opportunity; Computer software experience in POS and related modules required. Good customer service experience and interpersonal skills are required. Working knowledge of mechanics desirable
