We are looking for an experienced warehouse manager to join our team in our Stratham, NH location.
The warehouse manager will ensure the receipt, coordination, and safety of goods; ensure that orders arrive and are dispatched on time to the appropriate destinations and in the expected quantities; is responsible for all paperwork related to shipping and receiving; will coordinate delivery of product arriving to warehouse and shipments going out; will assist in more complex orders; may operate forklift, pallet jack, or hand truck; will promote and adhere to all safety initiatives, policies, and procedures for all warehouse employees; will lead and direct the work of all warehouse personnel, shipping clerk(s), counter and drivers and; will submit any inventory discrepancies to Branch Manager.
5+ years’ experience; training in the management of employees including coaching, corrective action, and performance management; trained in safety and loss prevention as well as OSHA regulations as applicable to this industry; proficient PC skills; some customer service experience; excellent oral and written communications skills
