Job Description
Brandy Brow is looking to add a motivated sales person to our counter team. We are looking for a knowledgeable and friendly sales/customer service rep that thrives in a quick sales environment. The ideal candidate will be comfortable servicing phones and walk-in customers.
Responsibilities
Essential and other important responsibilities and duties may include but are not limited to the following:
Greet customers on the phone or in person with the goal of providing excellent customer satisfaction.
Assist telephone, walk-in, and parts-locating customers with parts identification, pricing, warranty and payments.
Process required paperwork and credit card transactions
Assist customers with purchases, returns and credits
Requirements
MUST SPEAK SPANISH
Customer Service oriented-Interpersonal skills – must be a people person
Good Phone Skills
Computer Skills
Verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong listening skills
Ability to handle a fast paced environment-multitask
Automotive parts knowledge
Flexible Schedule -Willing to work Saturdays and Holiday weekends
