Mancini Companies is a group of businesses that provide niche property services to businesses, homeowners and the public sector across the seacoast NH, Southern Maine and parts of Northeast Mass. We are seeking an field sales representative (remote, commission based) to generate new, commercial business within two of our group companies: American Ventilation Co. and Steam King Hot Washing.
American Ventilation Co. is a provider of ventilation and grease containment services to restaurants and other types of commercial kitchens. We market these services directly to restaurant owners/managers, franchisees, chains and facility managers.
Steam King provides both Residential and Commercial, chemical-free hot and cold water power washing services. We have a wide customer base spanning nearly all industries of brick-and-mortar businesses, homeowners, landlords and government facilities. This is largely a seasonal business as we often don’t run the equipment when temps drop below 40 degrees.
The Independent Sales Rep role will focus on developing new business within a given geographical territory using phone, email and drop-in visits. This is a commission based position. You will earn a portion of the sales revenue when customers purchase our services from you. A seasoned sales representative that can form bids on their own will earn a higher commission rate. Given this is a remote, commission based role - we are flexible with hours. As you probably know, sales is all about numbers and timing. Whether you bring in 2 deals a month or 20 will be directly related to the quantity and effectiveness of your customer outreach.
We will provide necessary product training and ongoing support in addition to a monthly stipend for phone and technology use, as well as vehicle mileage reimbursements. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales, while no specific background in property services is necessary. This is a great opportunity for real estate, food +bev, and other sales professionals to make a secondary income, or primary income for a high performer.
