Distributor of Hotel HVAC Equipment and Energy Management Thermostat Solutions has an immediate opening for a outside (field) sales representative to call on hotels and other related facilities in the New England region mostly -MA and NH to sell our energy saving HVAC AC/heat pump products and energy management thermostat solutions supported by substantial energy saving rebate credit incentive programs through our electric utility partners.
Our ideal candidate needs to be a self and well managed “road warrior” who can visit a minimum of at least 50 hotels and related facilities on a weekly basis. We will consider high energy entry level sales people .
Our ideal candidate should know the region very well and be willing to travel throughout all areas of the region to visit accounts and canvas new business opportunities. Please note This is not an inside sales position and daily travel is required so a reliable car is required
This is great sales opportunity as energy sustainability and green initiatives has been a hot news subject these days as many commercial facilities must meet certain federal and state energy efficiency upgrade mandates and as our NE account representative you will find there to be great interest in these commercial properties who want to learn more about what money saving incentives are available to them.
The base compensation plan is $350 per week plus generous commission and bonus incentives. First year potential earnings are up to 75K but there is no cap on what you can earn Depending on your sales experience we are open to adjusting the compensation plan accordingly. We will provide all product and sales training and resources.
