Keating Plumbing & Heating is hiring energetic, proactive individuals to join our Lead Generation Team in Keene, NH! Represent our company inside The Home Depot, engaging with customers and informing them about our services. No prior experience is required—we’ll train you!
Key Responsibilities:
Initiate conversations with customers in-store
Explain the services we offer in partnership with The Home Depot
Generate and collect qualified leads
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor
Requirements:
Must be 18 years or older
Must be available to work weekends
Must have reliable transportation
Must pass The Home Depot background check
Customer service experience is a plus (preferred, but not required)
Schedule:
Full-time
Day and evening shifts available
Weekdays and weekends as needed
Compensation:
Base pay: $17.00–$18.00 per hour
Performance-based bonuses
Potential to earn $40,000–$50,000 annually
