We are looking for additional experienced relationship based Sales Professional for our Lebanon, NH location. You will work with a great group of employees. You will assist with all aspects of ensuring our potential buyers and owners have positive and enjoyable experience with the entire process whether buying one of our hot tubs, swim spas, saunas or other quality products.  What does the successful candidate need to bring to this position?  You are an individual who enjoys working with people, those you work with, and those who are interested in learning more about becoming spa owners! You have a proven sales track record “ You are able to meet goals and sales quotas and generally blow them out of the water! You know how to maximize leads, understand the values of quick responses, Âare impeccably professional and have the flexibility to provide service to customers on their timeline. You are continually increasing your product knowledge and sharing that and the next sales opportunity with our customers. You understand how to read and use customer management tools and how to keep the sales cycle in momentum. You are not afraid to work alone, but know when and how to get your fellow management and leadership involved and in the know. You present an overall experience that exceed customer expectations and supports the needs and goals of the company. You are a professional brand representative of Allen Pools & Spas at our on-site stores, at off-site events and on customers residential locations.  Additional requirements for the position: Full-time with a minimum of 40-50 hours per week Saturday and Sunday's required During busy season you may be require to work at off-site events, Attend training and staff meetings during evening and weekend hours Home visits to customer locations for every saleÂWhat can you expect for salary and benefits?ÂGuaranteed base salary + a generous commission structureÂHealth insurance, 401k plan, Vacation and Sick Time benefits Employee discounts. Work with an EEO compliant employer Sound like the job for you?
