Our future Service Advisor will manage the workflow of jobs, sell repairs to clients, and make sure that our customers have the best possible experience.
Responsibilities:
Customer Service
Deliver exceptional service; resolve issues with empathy and professionalism.
Ensure team keeps all commitments to customers.
Team Leadership
Support, coach, and lead techs to meet goals.
Enforce policies; escalate issues to GM/owner as needed.
Workflow Management
Keep shop running efficiently using company systems.
Maintain quality and productivity.
Cost Control
Secure best pricing on parts.
Daily Meetings
Lead/attend 3 quick daily check-ins: morning, noon, and afternoon.
General Support
Jump in where needed.
Handle daily deposits and support shop goals.
Qualifications:
Experience: 2 years as a service advisor, with proven record of exceeding goals and metrics.
Organization: Able to stay focused and meet deadlines in a busy, fast-paced environment.
Computer Skills: Proficient with Office 365 products – including Excel.
Communication: Fluent in English—written and verbal.
Math: Able to count and perform basic calculations using a calculator.
