The felted boots that she made out of wool from her own Gotland sheep were well received among friends and family, which led to the creation of a hobby production facility with the help of her husband Ove. Job Description
We are a dynamic and growing company seeking a dedicated Warehouse Team member to join our small but efficient team. Our focus is on delivering high-quality service to our customers, and we need an individual who is flexible, proactive, and willing to take on a variety of responsibilities within our warehouse operations.
Responsibilities:
Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently
Load and unload containers
Route and coordinate large orders for timely delivery
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
Manage stock levels and conduct regular inventory checks
Lift and handle packages weighing up to 50lbs
Work closely with a small team to ensure smooth warehouse operations
Requirements:
Flexibility and willingness to work with a small team
Openness to flexible working hours
Ability to lift and move heavy packages (up to 50lbs)
Bonus: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics/Business Central
Bonus: Forklift certification (not necessary but preferred)
Qualifications:
Previous experience in warehouse operations (bonus)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Schedule:
Part-time initially, with the possibility of transitioning to full-time based on performance and fit with the team.
